Before Using Sildenafil/Oxytocin Troche

Tell your healthcare provider if you:

• Have heart disease, chest pain, irregular heartbeat, or have had a heart attack
• Have low blood pressure or uncontrolled high blood pressure
• Have had a stroke
• Have liver disease
• Have kidney disease
• Have a history of vision loss or retinal disorders
• Have a history of hearing problems
• Have a blood cell disorder such as sickle cell anemia, leukemia, or multiple myeloma
• Have a penile deformity or history of priapism
• Have a history of mood disorders or psychiatric conditions
• Take alpha-blockers, blood pressure medications, antifungal medications, HIV medications, or other prescription medications

Common Side Effects

Possible side effects may include:

• Headache
• Flushing
• Nasal congestion
• Dizziness
• Nausea
• Indigestion
• Mild mouth or throat irritation
• Fatigue

Serious Side Effects

Seek medical attention immediately if you experience:

• An erection lasting more than 4 hours (priapism)
• Sudden vision loss in one or both eyes
• Sudden decrease or loss of hearing
• Chest pain during sexual activity
• Severe dizziness or fainting
• Shortness of breath
• Rapid or irregular heartbeat
• Signs of a serious allergic reaction, including rash, swelling, or difficulty breathing

Additional Safety Information

• Use only as prescribed by your healthcare provider.
• Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
• Avoid excessive alcohol consumption, which may increase the risk of dizziness and low blood pressure.
• Allow the troche to dissolve as directed and do not swallow it whole unless instructed by your provider.
