ABOUT BESTDAYSRX AND THIS PRIVACY POLICY

BestDaysRx provides technology, administrative, customer support, marketing, and other non-clinical services that help connect eligible individuals with independent healthcare providers and facilitate access to related services.

BestDaysRx is not itself a healthcare provider and does not practice medicine, diagnose medical conditions, determine medical treatment, or independently prescribe or dispense prescription medications.

This Privacy Policy generally applies to personal information collected directly by BestDaysRx through its platform and related services.

BESTDAYSRX, HIPAA, AND PROTECTED HEALTH INFORMATION

Independent healthcare providers and certain pharmacies involved in your care may be covered entities under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”) and other applicable healthcare privacy laws.
