Do Not Use Moisturizing Collagen Cream If You:

  • Have a known allergy or hypersensitivity to aloe vera, ascorbic acid (Vitamin C), ceramides, niacinamide, panthenol, sodium hyaluronate, urea, Vitamin E acetate, or any ingredient in the formulation
  • Have experienced a serious reaction to similar topical skincare products
  • Have severely irritated, infected, burned, or damaged skin in the intended treatment area unless directed by your healthcare provider
  • Have been advised by your healthcare provider to avoid any ingredient contained in the formulation

Before Using Moisturizing Collagen Cream

Tell your healthcare provider if you:

  • Have sensitive or highly reactive skin
  • Have eczema, dermatitis, rosacea, psoriasis, or another chronic skin condition
  • Have open wounds, active skin infections, or significant irritation in the treatment area
  • Have a history of severe skin allergies or reactions to topical products
  • Are using prescription retinoids or other prescription topical medications
  • Use exfoliating acids, benzoyl peroxide, chemical peels, scrubs, or other potentially irritating skincare treatments
  • Are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding
  • Are using other prescription or over-the-counter skincare products

  • Mild redness
  • Temporary stinging or tingling
  • Itching
  • Dryness
  • Mild burning or warmth
  • Skin irritation or sensitivity
  • Rash
  • Temporary peeling or flaking

Serious Side Effects

Stop treatment and seek prompt medical attention if you experience:

  • Severe or persistent burning or irritation
  • Significant swelling
  • Blistering or severe peeling
  • Severe or worsening rash
  • Hives or a widespread skin reaction
  • Signs of a skin infection
  • Swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat
  • Difficulty breathing or other signs of a serious allergic reaction

Additional Safety Information

  • Use Moisturizing Collagen Cream exactly as directed by your healthcare provider.
  • For external use only.
  • Apply only to the areas directed.
  • Do not apply more frequently or in larger amounts than recommended.
  • Avoid direct contact with the eyes, mouth, and mucous membranes.
  • Do not apply to broken, infected, or severely irritated skin unless specifically directed.
  • Using multiple active skincare products at the same time may increase the likelihood of irritation.
  • If significant irritation develops, discontinue use and contact your healthcare provider.
  • Follow your provider’s recommendations regarding sunscreen and appropriate sun protection.
  • Store according to the instructions provided with the product.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
