Important Safety Information for MIC + B12

MIC + B12 Injection is a prescription medication that should only be used under the supervision of a licensed healthcare provider.

MIC commonly refers to a combination of Methionine, Inositol, and Choline. These ingredients are often combined with Vitamin B12 in compounded wellness formulations.

Do Not Use MIC + B12 Injection If You:

  • Have a known allergy or hypersensitivity to Vitamin B12, cobalt, methionine, inositol, choline, or any ingredient in the formulation

  • Flushing or warmth
  • Dizziness or lightheadedness
  • Fatigue

Serious Side Effects

Seek medical attention immediately if you experience:

  • Signs of a serious allergic reaction, including rash, hives, swelling, or difficulty breathing
  • Severe dizziness or fainting
  • Chest pain or irregular heartbeat
  • Severe injection site reactions or signs of infection
  • Persistent vomiting or severe gastrointestinal symptoms
  • Any unexpected or severe reaction following administration

Additional Safety Information

  • Use only as prescribed by your healthcare provider.
  • Do not exceed the recommended dosage or frequency.
  • Follow all injection, storage, and handling instructions carefully.
  • Rotate injection sites as directed.
  • Do not use if the solution appears cloudy, discolored, or contains particles.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
