Do Not Use B-Vita Complex If You:
- Have a known allergy or hypersensitivity to thiamine (Vitamin B1), riboflavin (Vitamin B2), niacin/niacinamide (Vitamin B3), pantothenic acid (Vitamin B5), pyridoxine (Vitamin B6), or any ingredient in the formulation
- Have experienced a serious allergic reaction to injectable B vitamins
- Have been advised by your healthcare provider not to receive injectable vitamin therapies
Before Using B-Vita Complex
Tell your healthcare provider if you:
- Have liver or kidney disease
- Have a history of severe allergies or reactions to injectable medications

Serious Side Effects
Stop treatment and seek prompt medical attention if you experience:
- Signs of a serious allergic reaction, including hives, swelling of the face or throat, or difficulty breathing
- Severe dizziness or fainting
- Severe or persistent numbness, tingling, burning, or weakness in the hands or feet
- Severe injection-site swelling, redness, warmth, drainage, or other signs of infection
- Persistent vomiting or severe gastrointestinal symptoms
- Any severe or unexpected reaction following administration
Additional Safety Information
- Use B-Vita Complex exactly as prescribed by your healthcare provider.
- Do not increase the dose or frequency without consulting your provider.
- Excessive or prolonged intake of certain B vitamins, particularly Vitamin B6, may cause nerve damage.
- Tell your provider about all vitamins and supplements you take to help prevent excessive intake of individual B vitamins.
- Follow all injection, storage, and handling instructions provided with your prescription.
- Rotate injection sites as directed.
- Do not use the medication if the solution appears abnormal or if the vial is damaged.
- Keep out of reach of children.
